From Aberystwyth take the A487 south in the Cardigan direction. At Llanrhystud turn left at the post office and follow the road out of the village. About 200 yards after the speed limit signs turn left for the Penrhos Golf and Country Club, also signed for Penrhos Holiday Park. Drive past the entrance to the golf club on your right and follow the lane for two and a half miles. You will pass a house called Coedgleision on your left and go steeply uphill on a narrow wooded lane. Soon after you emerge from the wood you will pass the entrance to Bryngwyn on your left and a little later the entrance to a farm called Tynbeili on your right. After a few minutes you will reach a fork in the road. Directly in front of you is a house with a rusty corrugated tin roof and a tall metal stove pipe chimney. Turn right here and we are a quarter of a mile further down the road, the first house you come to on the right.
